  • The customer acts as the Data Controller.
  • menetalk acts as the Data Processor.

The customer retains ownership and control of all customer data processed through the platform.

menetalk provides the technology and services used to process data on behalf of its customers and does not determine the purpose or legal basis for processing customer data.

06. AI Services

menetalk offers AI powered features including call answering, call transcription, call summaries, lead qualification, customer engagement and workflow automation.

While these services are designed to improve efficiency and customer experience, AI generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete or suitable for every purpose.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing, validating and acting upon information generated by AI features. menetalk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI generated outputs, summaries, classifications, recommendations or automated responses.

07. Limitation of Responsibility

menetalk provides technology, communications and automation services. Customers remain solely responsible for how they use the platform and for ensuring that their collection, storage, processing and use of personal data complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

menetalk does not determine the purpose or legal basis for processing customer data and is not responsible for the content of customer communications, call recordings, messages, CRM records, AI workflows or information stored within customer accounts.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, consents and notices required for their business activities.

08. Commitment to Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of the information entrusted to our platform.

Our goal is to provide businesses with secure and compliant communication tools while enabling exceptional customer engagement through telephony, CRM, AI call answering, web chat, WhatsApp and messaging services.

By using the menetalk platform, customers acknowledge and accept their responsibilities as Data Controllers and understand that menetalk provides the technology and services used to process data on their behalf.
